In this workout you move from each of three stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a three-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to the next station immediately for the best score. The workout is scored as follows: each burpee-pullup is 4 points; each calorie rowed is 2 points; each double-under is 1 point (or 4 single-unders, if scaling).
