High-Hang Snatch
* As heavy as possible with excellent form

Then:

Burpee, 3 min.
Rest, 1 min.

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

Double-under x 30
Power snatch x 15 (men: 75lbs; women: 55lbs)
