Rest day

Based on the lack of comments yesterday and the fact that everyone’s at regionals, I’m programming around a couple extra rest days this weekend. If you do workout this weekend, keep it on the lighter side.

WOD in about 8min. Again forgot to write it down. HSPU were a little spotty. Used an ab mat.
