Low-bar back squat
1×5 @ 60%, 1×5 @ 65%, 1×5 @ 70%, 1×5 @ 75%
Rest 2-3 mins. between each set
* Use percentages of your 1-rep max

Then:

Push Press (men: 115lbs; women: 75lbs)
Toes-to-bar
12, 12, 9, 9, 6, 6

*Scale toes-to-bar to skin-the cat progression for 1/3 reps.

Run Group WOD

Sprint 50m x 2 (rest 15 seconds)
Rest 30 Seconds
Sprint 100m x 2 (rest 15 seconds)
Rest 30 Seconds
Sprint 200m x 2 (rest 15 seconds)
Rest 30 seconds
Sprint 100m x 2 (rest 15 seconds)
Rest 30 seconds
Sprint 50m x 2 (rest 15 seconds)
