It’s been eight weeks since our last CrossFit Total and it’s once again time to see how much you can back squat, shoulder press and deadlift.  We’ll perform the CrossFit Total during our 9:30am class this Saturday.  Everyone at CrossFit Genesis is encouraged to attend.

I love the new format!!! And I’m sooooo bummed that I can’t make it on Saturday! I have a baby shower in EG at 11:00 :( Hopefully we get to do that workout again

Looking forward to the CF Total, not sure about how much my max efforts will go up or down, I just know that it is going to be a blast.
