Updating the Leaderboard After the CrossFit Total, 3/13/10

This past Saturday, eight weeks after our last CrossFit Total, we once again tested our single-rep maxes during the 9:30am class.  Everyone improved on at least one of their lifts. Most who finished their CrossFit Totals on both occasions improved on all three lifts (back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift). Great work everyone!  The complete results are above.

March 15, 2010 WOD

As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes:
20x double-under
8x pullup
4x hang power snatch (men: 95 lbs; women: 65 lbs)

Great job everybody, I wish that I was there to see it!
I have some very exciting news for my own PR…… today I did my very first kipping pull up!!! Ryan was my only witness, but at least somebody else was there to see it :0)
