Since Tiffany joined our community last October, she’s been an example of consistency and determination. She gets all of her workouts in every week and when she’s here, she’s focused and determined to put forth her best effort.
As a participant in both the Angie challenge and the nutrition class, Tiffany has also been making changes and working hard outside of CrossFit Genesis. She’s been practicing her pullups at home and has been dedicated to following a Paleo diet. As a result, she got her first kipping pullup last week, all of her performances in the gym have been skyrocketing, and she says she’s been feeling better than ever.

I have to say Tiff, you certainly are determined and focused! Nice work on the pull ups and I anticipate a smokin’ Angie time from you. As for the nutrition changes- I couldn’t be more excited for you. You are doing great!!!

Joining Crossfit and really putting forth an effort to change my nutrition (for the first time ever) was the best decision I have ever made! You guys all rock and are an inspiration to me everyday. I am very proud to be a part of Crossfit Genesis!
Cindy was my very first CrossFit workout, just a few weeks ago, I think that it was Saturday, January 9. For that workout, I did 7 shorter rounds in 10 minutes (3-5-9). I was wiped out and I was sore for 3 days! Let’s see how I do tonight. Of course, I plan to do the full workout. I struggle with pull-ups, I’ve already switched from the medium band to the thin band, so we’ll see how it goes!

I was wrong – it was the push-ups that did me in, not the pull-ups! I was very impressed by everybody tonight, you all did a great job. I’m humbled to be among so many excellent athletes!!!
Thanks Scott! I was definitely more sore from the Angie workout, but I still like it better than Cindy. Call me crazy I guess
Goal for next Cindy:: all strict push ups and at least half of the pull ups with no band.
