Since Tiffany joined our community last October, she’s been an example of consistency and determination. She gets all of her workouts in every week and when she’s here, she’s focused and determined to put forth her best effort.
As a participant in both the Angie challenge and the nutrition class, Tiffany has also been making changes and working hard outside of CrossFit Genesis. She’s been practicing her pullups at home and has been dedicated to following a Paleo diet. As a result, she got her first kipping pullup last week, all of her performances in the gym have been skyrocketing, and she says she’s been feeling better than ever.
