Bring-a-Friend Day

Tuesday of next week (March 9th) is Bring-a-Friend Day at CrossFit Genesis!

For all of our classes next Tuesday (9:30am, 5:30pm & 6:30pm) CrossFit Genesis members are welcome and encouraged to bring guests to experience one of our group classes.  Have a neighbor, co-worker, or friend that’s always asking about CrossFit, but feels intimidated or never takes the next step?  Bring-a-Friend Day is the perfect opportunity to introduce them to CrossFit with your support.  While all of our workouts are scalable to any fitness level, our Bring-a-Friend classes are specifically designed to be beginner-friendly.

Handout cards are available.  Be sure to grab a few next time you’re in for a workout so you can give them to your friends and family!
