CrossFit on vacation

Kendall was gracious enough to share his overseas experience with photo’s and a small taste of his makeshift CrossFit WOD while on vacation in Portugal.  He completed a modified version of the “filthy fifty” and finished with some HSPU’s and a swim.  Even on vacation he’s crushing it!  Nice work!!

With a continuously running clock do one Clean the first minute, two Cleans the second minute, three Cleans the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Select a weight that will allow 10-12 complete rounds.
