Drum roll please

We’re sending two of our very best athletes to Aromas to compete for a spot in the 3rd annual CrossFit Games.  In honor of our competing athletes, I’m selecting WOD’s from the other regional qualifiers as an added bonus and show of respect for Jenn C. and John.  If they’re suffering through 2 days of grueling WOD’s, then so are you!!!  I mean we!!!

Sleep and recovery

I love sleeping.  In fact, I love anything that resembles or could possibly resemble sleep.  Napping, lying down, riding in the passenger seat of a car, anyplace that I can close my eyes and catch some z’s.  Getting enough sleep, however,  is challenging in our culture but one of the most important things we can do for our health and overall well being.
