Mark’s Daily Apple takes a page out of the CrossFit arsenal with the slosh tube.

I’ve been poring through the information on Mark’s Daily Apple and I must say that it’s packed with useful information.  The philosophy of exercise and nutrition espoused on the site fits perfectly with the paleo approach to eating and Mark has a logical and straightforward approach to exercise that compliments the design of the human body.

I have another interesting link to share today: Petranek Fitness just posted this bodyweight workout list, much like the one on our Resources page, but quite honestly, better.  Which workout from this list do you find most intriguing and why?

Two-person relay; each person must complete 5 rounds:
15x thruster (45 lb/22 lb)
10x pullup
20 steps walking lunge

Take turns for each exercise, only one person may work at a time.
